Yacht listings are inherently variable. Listings are written by sellers and brokers to sell, not to disclose. The App parses listing text and applies analytical models to estimate fit, condition, marketability, and ownership cost — but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information presented.

The App does not provide marine survey services, professional broker representation, legal advice, or maritime safety certification. All purchase decisions, sea trial decisions, and survey decisions remain solely the responsibility of the prospective buyer and the licensed professionals they retain.

Use of the App does not replace:

• A pre-purchase marine survey by a licensed surveyor (SAMS or NAMS accredited)
• A sea trial of the specific vessel
• Independent verification of equipment age, condition, and maintenance history
• The judgment of a licensed yacht broker or maritime attorney
• Title, lien, and documentation searches conducted by qualified professionals

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated analysis of listings can be wrong, including in material ways
• Listings can omit, misrepresent, or fabricate facts about the vessel
• The App’s automated recommendations may not account for vessel-specific defects, latent damage, regional market dynamics, regulatory restrictions, or seller motivations
• Component Health Index estimates are projections based on typical service lives and listed equipment age, not actual physical inspection
• Marketability and “rare/common” bands are statistical estimates, not market guarantees
• You are solely responsible for verifying all material information with the broker, seller, and your retained professionals before making any commitment to purchase

The App, its developers, owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, financial loss, missed opportunity, or transactional dispute, including but not limited to vessel defects discovered after purchase, post-survey disputes, undisclosed liens, mechanical failure, personal injury, or any other consequence arising from the use of or reliance upon information provided by the App.
